Israeli Defense Minister Threatens Iran with Strikes on Energy Facilities

Defense Minister Israel Katz issued a stark warning to Iran's leadership, stating that any attack on Israel "for any reason and anywhere" will be met with a powerful response inflicting severe damage on Iran, including strikes on its main energy facilities. Katz said such retaliation would cause damage "the likes of which it has not yet suffered to this day."
