Israeli drone strikes café in Gaza's Shati camp, Hamas commander reportedly wounded

An Israeli UAV struck the Ghabban café in the Shati refugee camp in western Gaza City. The café roof belongs to the al-Raqa'i family. According to Gazan reports, Bilal al-Raqa'i, a commander in Hamas's military wing, was critically wounded or killed in the strike.
