Israeli drone strikes Syrian worker in southern Lebanon, one injured

An Israeli UAV struck a Syrian worker on the roof of a building between the villages of A-Tiri and Khada'tha, north of Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon, according to Lebanese media. The worker was injured in the strike.
