An Israeli delegation led by the Home Front Command arrived in Colombia following the earthquake and began operating at impact sites in Cali. The team is working at two major sites, assisting in locating and rescuing trapped individuals alongside local volunteers. At the city's university hospital damaged in the quake, Home Front Command engineers are advising on rubble removal to enable rescue operations and restore the damaged wing. The delegation is also mapping and assessing damaged buildings with local authorities and helping establish a data management system for situational assessment. The mission operates in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Israeli Embassy in Colombia.
