Judge Menachem Mizrahi sworn in as District Court judge

Judge Menachem Mizrahi was sworn in as a District Court judge. Mizrahi previously attempted to halt the repeated arrests of Yonatan Urich in the Qatargate affair. Supreme Court President Yitzhak Amit attended the swearing-in ceremony.
