Judges in Netanyahu trial propose Attorney General attend hearing on procedural irregularities

Judges in Benjamin Netanyahu's trial have proposed that the Attorney General attend a hearing to address the case directly. The suggestion came after defense attorney Jacques Chen, representing Shaul Elovitch, requested a closed-door hearing regarding claims of procedural irregularities that emerged during the evidentiary phase. Judge Shaham indicated the court had already been considering such a move, stating: "The defense may have been pushing at an open door, because we had already been considering such a move beforehand."
