King Reza Pahlavi Urges Iranians to Reject Regime’s Propaganda and Repression

In a powerful message to the Iranian people, King Reza Pahlavi condemned the regime’s reliance on repression and propaganda for survival. He stated, “Continuing to cooperate with the regime’s repressive and propaganda institutions, including the military, law enforcement, security forces, the Iranian Broadcasting Corporation, and news agencies, is complicity in crimes and lies.” Pahlavi warned that the Islamic Republic “uses you as a tool, but it does not value your life, honor, or future.” He urged citizens to break ties with these institutions, saying that doing so “not only protects your own lives from danger, but you are also taking a decisive step towards the liberation of Iran.”
