Lebanese Army Stops Grad Rocket Smuggling from Syria, Arrests Two

The Lebanese Army thwarted an attempt to smuggle Grad rockets from Syria into Lebanon in the Arsal area. Two smugglers were arrested during the operation. Separately, Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem stated that Israel has achieved diplomatic gains but not ground results, emphasized the need for cooperation between Lebanon and Syria, and said there is no obstacle to holding meetings between Hezbollah and Syrian leadership at an appropriate time.
