Lebanese Civil Defense recovers 70 bodies from southern Lebanon villages

Lebanese Civil Defense forces have recovered 70 bodies from two villages in southern Lebanon—52 from Kafra and 18 from Hadatha—with operations still ongoing. Under ceasefire cover, rescue teams can now access areas previously unreachable during fighting. The initial count is expected to rise significantly in coming days as recovery efforts continue in previously inaccessible locations.
