Liberman rules out coalition with Netanyahu and ultra-Orthodox parties

Avigdor Liberman stated on Meet the Press that he will not join a coalition with Netanyahu and the ultra-Orthodox parties. He also ruled out agreeing to a coalition that relies on Arab parties, even through abstention.
