Libya's eastern parliament ratifies maritime border deal with Turkey

Libya's eastern parliament, rival to the Tripoli-based government in the west, has ratified a maritime border agreement with Turkey. The ratification grants Ankara veto power over maritime projects in the region, including power grid connections and undersea cables linking Israel with Cyprus and Greece.
