The exchange occurred during Netanyahu's visit to New York for the UN General Assembly. Earlier this week, Netanyahu accused Mamdani of having associates who praised 9/11 and alleged that the mayor's wife "likes posts of October 7th," as JFeed reported. Mamdani had previously called Netanyahu "a war criminal and an architect of a horrific genocide of the Palestinian people" in a CNN interview.
