MK Boaron and Lavi organization to request expanded judicial panel hearing

MK Boaron and the Lavi organization plan to request an additional hearing before an expanded panel of judges. In a statement, they argued that "such a fundamental issue, touching on the integrity of the investigation, conflicts of interest at the highest levels of the law-enforcement system, and public trust as a whole, cannot be decided by a narrow two-judge majority in the face of such a forceful and well-reasoned dissenting opinion."
