Murder Suspect Accused in Second Killing at Jerusalem Psychiatric Hospital

Cleared for publication: Yoel Richardson, already indicted for the murder of his mother, is now suspected of killing another patient at the closed psychiatric ward of Kfar Shaul Hospital in Jerusalem. According to autopsy results, the second victim was strangled to death. Police confirmed that Richardson has confessed to both crimes.
