Netanyahu and Hungary's PM-elect Magyar pledge to maintain close bilateral ties

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Hungary's Prime Minister-elect Péter Magyar held an introductory phone call in which Magyar committed to continuing close relations between the two countries. Magyar invited Netanyahu to attend a ceremony marking 70 years since the Hungarian Uprising, while Netanyahu invited him to a government-to-government meeting in Jerusalem. Netanyahu expressed confidence that the warm relations with outgoing PM Viktor Orbán will continue under Magyar's leadership.
