Netanyahu: “Respect Both Torah and the Army, Take Politics Out”

At the MUNIEXPO 2025 conference in Tel Aviv, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said yeshiva graduates serving in the Netzah Yehuda battalion “are both elite soldiers and Torah learners.” He urged an end to internal conflict over the Haredi draft law, stating: “We can respect both the world of Torah and the IDF. Take the politics out of it.” Netanyahu emphasized the need for legislation, “not confrontation.”
