Netanyahu says Israel will disarm Hamas after US failed to find international force

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Israel will take on the mission of disarming Hamas in Gaza after the United States was unable to find an international force for the task. "I told our American friends, 'You say you can find some international force that will come and disarm Hamas. Be my guest. Bring it,'" Netanyahu said. He added that after months of searching, no such force was found. "Therefore, that mission will fall to us," he concluded.
