Only 3% of Israeli students meet curriculum standards in national exam

Only three percent of Israeli students achieved scores meeting curriculum standards in national exams, according to leaked data. The Ministry of Education disputed the results, stating there is "grave concern over the reliability" of the exam data. A ministry spokesperson said professional bodies raised "serious allegations" about the National Authority for Measurement and Evaluation (RAMA) and accused RAMA of illegally leaking data and conducting a "misleading media campaign" to avoid professional review. The ministry said a "thorough and comprehensive" review will be conducted despite RAMA's "attempts at concealment."
