Palestinian Finance Minister Says PA Has Exhausted All Solutions

Palestinian Finance Minister Stephane Salameh described the dire financial situation facing the Palestinian Authority, stating: "The government has exhausted all possible solutions on the face of the earth, and now all we can do is wait for solutions from the heavens. But we must not despair, and we must continue to try."
