Reports indicate an unusual incident occurred at Ketziot Prison involving a Palestinian security inmate slated for deportation to Gaza. The inmate attacked a female prison guard. She received medical attention on-site and did not require evacuation. Authorities are reportedly assessing how to handle the inmate.
