Paratroopers Brigade completes Gaza mission, redeploys to Judea and Samaria

The IDF Paratroopers Brigade has completed a three-month defensive mission in Gaza and is transitioning to operations in Judea and Samaria. Operating under the 143rd Gaza Division and 99th Division, troops dismantled 13 kilometers of underground tunnels, including part of the tunnel where LT Hadar Goldin was held. The brigade destroyed numerous terrorist infrastructure sites and seized weapons including RPG rockets, mortar shells, grenades, missile launchers, and ammunition used by Hamas. Troops also established new routes and military posts to strengthen defensive positions. IDF forces in Southern Command remain deployed under the ceasefire framework and will continue operating to remove immediate threats.
