Pirates seize merchant ship off Somalia for second time in two days

Gunmen have seized a merchant ship and directed it to the Somali coast, where the cargo is being looted. This marks the second such piracy incident in two days. Somalia maintains close ties with Turkey, which has military forces stationed in the country.
