Possible Closure of Route 1 Under Consideration

Authorities are evaluating the potential closure of Route 1 as fire crews work to contain a wildfire near Jerusalem. Four firefighting aircraft were dispatched by Israel’s Fire and Rescue Services to prevent the blaze from spreading.
