The light local rain forecast for parts of Israel today will stop before Sukkos begins tonight, and the first days of Yom Tov are expected to be pleasant, according to the latest forecast from the Israel Meteorological Service.
Today (Friday) will be partly cloudy to clear. During the morning hours, drizzle or light local rain is possible along the coastal plain, mainly in the south. Temperatures will not change significantly and will remain normal for the season in most areas.
Tonight, the night before Shabbos and the first day of Sukkos, is expected to be clear to partly cloudy.
Shabbos morning, the first day of Yom Tov, will also be clear to partly cloudy, with a slight drop in temperatures.
Sunday, the first day of Chol HaMoed Sukkos, is forecast to be clear to partly cloudy, with no significant change in temperatures.
Monday, however, will be partly cloudy with a slight rise in temperatures. In the north of the country, occasional local rain is expected, mostly light.
