Shin Bet Chief Meets with Mohammad Dahlan in UAE

Shin Bet chief David Zini met in the United Arab Emirates with Mohammad Dahlan, a rival of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen). Israel accused Dahlan of responsibility for a 2000 attack on a children's bus in Kfar Darom that killed two people.
