Smotrich orders Khan al-Ahmar evacuation, threatens PA economic measures

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich announced he has signed an order to evacuate Khan al-Ahmar, responding to an ICC arrest warrant request against him. Smotrich declared the Palestinian Authority "has started a war and it will get a war," threatening to use his authority to attack PA economic targets. He outlined potential measures including permanently stopping clearing fund transfers and removing indemnity protection for Israeli banks conducting activities with PA banks, stating the Finance Ministry "can bring about the economic collapse of the PA with just a few decisions."
