Spanish PM accuses Israel and Russia of fueling Moroccan migrant influx to Ceuta

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez accused Israel and Russia of spreading disinformation on social media to encourage Moroccan migrants to enter Ceuta. Speaking on a podcast, Sánchez said false information was disseminated through accounts linked to both countries and an international far-right network. "If Russia or Israel are intervening and spreading false information on this issue, is it because migration to Spain bothers them, or is it rather Europe's international stance that troubles them?" he asked. Sánchez absolved Moroccan authorities of responsibility and defended Spain-Morocco cooperation.
