Syrian President claims US forces completed withdrawal from Syrian territory

Syrian President Ahmad al-Shara stated at a conference in Antalya, Turkey, that the last American vehicles left Syrian territory yesterday. He said military bases have been evacuated, including those housing British, Russian, American, and other forces. Al-Shara claims the northeastern region of Syria is now free of any foreign military base.
