These are Hamas' latest demands

1. Allowing sufficient aid deliveries of 400–600 trucks per day, including food, medicine, tents, caravans, fuel, and construction materials to rebuild hospitals, bakeries, and water systems. 2. The entity responsible for receiving and distributing aid will be the UN, UNRWA, and internationally recognized organizations, not through the American Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF). 3. Hamas wants the Rafah crossing opened in both directions to allow Gazans to exit and to bring in the accumulated aid waiting on the Egyptian side. 4. The exit of more than 20,000 Gazan patients and wounded who require urgent medical treatment in hospitals in Egypt and other foreign countries—via the Rafah crossing. 5. Mechanisms, schedules, and clear definitions of areas from which the IDF will withdraw, so that the gradual pullout will eventually lead to a full withdrawal from all Gaza areas—including the Philadelphi corridor—and a return to the pre-war borders. 6. Guarantees that fighting will not resume "in any form or manner as long as talks continue," with support for indirect negotiations leading to a "comprehensive and permanent ceasefire."
