Uman Pilgrimage: Moldova Terminal Plan Collapses

Negotiations with Moldova to establish a temporary terminal for Rosh Hashanah travel to Uman have collapsed. Despite the Israeli government approving a transfer of 13 million shekels to Moldova, the agreement was canceled.
