Dozens of Arabs and Leftist Activist Attack Shepherd in Binyamin, Sparking Violent Clash

A shepherd from an agricultural farm near the Michmash settlement in the Binyamin region was violently ambushed early Thursday morning while grazing his flock, according to local residents. The incident, described as a planned attack, involved dozens of Arabs from the nearby village of Mukhmas who threw stones and fired four shots at the shepherd and another farm resident who came to his aid. The confrontation escalated when approximately 100 Arabs, armed with clubs and stones, clashed with additional residents and security forces called to the scene. Among the attackers was far-left activist Arik Asherman, who sustained a minor head injury during the melee. Security forces managed to push the rioters back to Makhmas.
