Qatar Reportedly Foils Assassination Attempt on Senior Hamas Leader Khalil al-Hayya

Reports out of Qatar say that Qatari security forces have foiled an assassination attempt on Khalil al-Hayya, the head of Hamas’s operations abroad. Al-Hayya is considered one of the terror group’s most senior figures, with deep ties to regional command structures.
