Education Ministry warns ultra-Orthodox schools: meet core study standards or lose license.

The Ministry of Education issued warning letters to many ultra-Orthodox exempt institutions, stating their licenses for the next school year will not be renewed unless they fulfill commitments to core studies. These institutions were given until August 1 to submit plans addressing deficiencies. Failure to comply will result in license revocation.
