Report: Hezbollah Funding Halted After Elimination of Quds Force Official

Saudi news outlet Al-Hadath, citing its own sources, reports that Saeed Izadi—the senior Quds Force commander responsible for the “Palestine Division”—played a key role in transferring funds from Iran to Hezbollah since the group’s founding. According to the report, Izadi had been in Lebanon just two days before his assassination. His death, sources claim, has led to an immediate freeze in Hezbollah’s funding from Tehran.
