Possible Cairo Visit by Senior Hamas Official May Signal Negotiation Progress

A Palestinian source told journalist Elior Levy that if senior Hamas official Khalil al-Hayya arrives in Cairo in the coming days, it will be viewed as a strong signal of progress in ceasefire and hostage negotiations.
