Iranian diplomat credits Saudi Crown Prince with helping prevent further escalation with Israel

Iran’s ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Ali-Reza Enayati, praised the Saudi stance on Israel’s strikes inside Iran, calling it “honorable.” In an interview with Asharq Al-Awsat, he said Saudi Arabia played a key role in de-escalation efforts and acknowledged the “positive role” of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. “We welcome any constructive involvement by our brothers in the Kingdom,” he added.
