Ben Gvir: No Abraham Accords Expansion if Hamas Remains in Gaza

National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir declared he would not support any expansion of the Abraham Accords if it meant leaving Hamas in power in Gaza. “It’s time to stop the dithering and push for a swift, total defeat of Hamas,” he told Channel 12’s Dafna Liel. Ben Gvir emphasized that complete eradication of the group is essential, urging the government to pursue a strategy of decisive military action and voluntary emigration to resolve the Gaza conflict. “If we don’t act now,” he warned, “we’re leaving future generations vulnerable to more kidnappings, more October 7ths, and a life lived in fear.”
