Impersonator Poses as U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio

The U.S. State Department revealed that an unknown individual impersonated Secretary of State Marco Rubio using artificial intelligence voice cloning software. According to a report in The Washington Post, the impersonator contacted three foreign foreign ministers, a state governor, and a member of Congress.
