UPDATE: Trump Says NATO Allies to Pay for U.S.-Made Weapons

President Trump announced a new deal with NATO allies under which the U.S. will manufacture weapons, but the allies—not American taxpayers—will cover the costs. “We’re going to be sending them weapons, and they’re going to be paying for them. The U.S. will not be making any payments—we’re not buying it, just building it,” Trump said.
