Cabinet Session Ends Without Decisions on Humanitarian City

A three-and-a-half-hour meeting of Israel’s security cabinet ended late last night with no concrete decisions regarding the proposed “humanitarian city” initiative in Rafah. Despite threats from Shas to withdraw from the coalition and his previous absence, party leader Aryeh Deri attended the session but left relatively early.
