Turkish Parliament Speaker Praises Gaza Journalist Killed in Israeli Strike

The Speaker of the Turkish Parliament wrote on his official X account that journalist Anas al-Sharif—described as “the voice, conscience, and symbol of Gaza’s resistance”—was martyred in what he called a “treacherous Israeli attack.” He honored al-Sharif as a symbol of sacrifice and courage, noting that his father was also killed by “murderous Israelis.”
