France to Netanyahu: “We Don’t Need Lessons on Fighting Antisemitism”

After Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused French President Emmanuel Macron of “fueling antisemitic flames,” French European Affairs Minister Benjamin Haddad responded sharply: “We have nothing to learn in the fight against antisemitism. This issue, which poisons European society, must not be exploited.” Haddad noted a rise in violent antisemitic incidents in France since October 7, stressing that French authorities “have always been ready to act against antisemitism.”
