Kuwait says it's at war with Israel

Abd Al-Aziz Khandari, head of electronic services at the Kuwaiti Interior Ministry, announced in recent days that Israel and Kuwait are officially in a state of war. As a result, Kuwait will welcome nationals from all countries except Israeli citizens, according to Khandari.
