Israel Signals Step-by-Step Approach with Lebanon

Morgan Ortagus, U.S. envoy for Lebanon affairs, stated today that Israel is prepared to act incrementally in its dealings with Lebanon, reported Amichai Stein. “Small steps with the Lebanese government,” Ortagus explained. “Every action taken by Lebanon, we will encourage the Israeli government to respond in kind.”
