Man Shot While Attempting to Cross Security Fence

A man was wounded by gunfire while trying to cross the security fence near the same area where the terrorists infiltrated during the Ramot attack. Initial assessments suggest IDF troops opened fire on the infiltrator, identified as a Palestinian without a permit. He is currently in moderate condition.
