Palestinian Terrorists Serving Life Sentences to be Deported

Palestinian terrorists currently serving life sentences who are slated for release as part of the new ceasefire and hostage exchange agreement will reportedly be deported and permanently barred from returning to Judea, Samaria (the West Bank), or Gaza. This condition applies to those being freed from Israeli prisons in exchange for the release of hostages held by Hamas. Previous prisoner exchanges have seen similar measures taken, with high-profile prisoners deported abroad or to other areas. The deportation clause aims to prevent these individuals, convicted of serious attacks, from resuming terrorist activities.
