The billboard features an Israeli flag with the pointed English text: "Welcome to Hell." Above the imagery, the Persian and English text reads: "The goal is clear—Trump's 51st State." Military and political analysts view this as a strategic effort by the Islamic Republic to frame Israel not as a sovereign nation, but as a direct American extension.
