IDF Prepares to Deploy 162nd Division to Lebanon

Northern Command is preparing to integrate the 162nd Division to operate as an independent framework within Lebanon, should the decision be made to expand the ongoing ground operation. In recent days, commanders from the division have already begun conducting tours along the northern border. These officers are currently assisting existing divisions with defensive operations while actively studying the terrain and operational space in preparation for a potential maneuver.
