IDF strikes IRGC financial headquarters in Tehran used to fund proxies
The Israeli Air Force struck central headquarters of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Tehran on Wednesday, targeting facilities used to manage budgets and fund military operations worldwide. The IDF said the headquarters financed Iran's production of ballistic missiles and weapons, as well as its armed forces including security units responsible for killing civilians during protests. The facilities also served as conduits for transferring billions of dollars to proxy groups including Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis across the Middle East. The IDF stated it will continue targeting Iranian military assets and capabilities.
