IDF eliminates IRGC intelligence chief in Tehran strike

The Israeli Air Force conducted a strike in Tehran on Sunday night, eliminating Majid Khademi, Head of Intelligence of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Khademi was one of the IRGC's most senior commanders with extensive military and security experience. He was appointed following the elimination of Mohammad Kazemi in Operation Rising Lion and played a key role in gathering intelligence during Operation Roaring Lion. The IDF says Khademi worked to advance terrorist activities against Israel and Jewish targets worldwide, participated in attempts to target Americans, and monitored Iranian civilians during regime suppression of protests. His elimination marks another significant blow to the IRGC's command structure.
